Founded in 2014, Oma’s Poffertjes began as a family-owned vendor at local Farmers Markets and Special Events.

Today, the mission is to create memories with our Oma's recipe;

To spread the authentic taste of traditional mini Dutch pancakes, known as Poffertjes (“puff-er-chus”) & (as of 2024) Stroopwafels across California.

If you’ve heard whispers of Oma’s Puffers,  you’ve already discovered our little nom de plume... We're freshly cooked onsite using an authentic Dutch griddle, offering more than just a snack - but an experience.
